Weee a new pop-up!

In the quietude of fall, we have, at times been sitting in our studio, drinking our morning coffee while dreaming of what we could design next for our product label NORDEN at home. 

We felt that we couldn't quite let go of our recently designed wooden animals, so we got rather lively about them very soon - okay, we couldn't sit still anymore and stopped dreaming completely. We got up, looked at our materials, took another look out the window into the grey weather and then disappeared into the shop, drawing, cutting, sanding, cleaning; only interrupted by the occasional zip of coffee. And then disappeared again for more sanding, finishing, sewing, rolling, gluing, waiting (more coffee or hot chocolate) and then a little bit more finishing, printing and cutting...until one fine afternoon, we were done.

We sat together at our studio table again, with coffee and a bunch of (as we find) beautiful accessories for everyone. Here is a peak:

We are looking forward to reveal everything at our pop-up this weekend and we truly hope you will find it just as exciting as we do!

A greeting card is an illustrated piece of card or high quality paper featuring an expression of friendship or other sentiment. Although greeting cards are usually given on special occasions such as ,  or other , they are also sent to convey thanks or express other feelings. Greeting cards, usually packaged with an , come in a variety of styles. There are both mass-produced as well as handmade versions that are distributed by hundreds of companies large and small. While typically inexpensive, more elaborate cards with die-cuts or glued-on decorations may be more expensive.

Hallmark Cards and American Greetings are the two largest producers of greeting cards in the world today.

In Western countries and increasingly in other societies, many people traditionally mail seasonally themed cards to their friends and relatives in December. Many service businesses also send cards to their customers in this season, usually with a universally acceptable non-religious message such as "happy holidays" or "season's greetings".

The Made Fest is a two-day, outdoor curated marketplace featuring handmade and vintage sellers. It was created in collaboration with The Pygmalion Festival. It is not only exclusive to the 5,000+ Pygmalion attendees, but the 180,000+ community members in which it resides, and is free to attend.

The Pygmalion Festival is considered to be one of the foremost boutique indie rock music festivals in the world. It is based in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois (two hours south of Chicago, two hours west of Indianapolis, and two and a half hours from St. Louis). Bands from all over the world come to play our stages each year. We’ve also started a Lit + Tech component — so, we are continuing to grow in different ways.
